We're looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team at Stoughton Credit Union. If you're up for providing exceptional customer service and are detail-oriented, then this position is for you! As a Member Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing member transactions and offering a range of financial services to new and existing members. Your role will also include promoting and cross-selling credit union deposit services and making appropriate referrals. You'll report directly to the Manager of Member Service and work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

- Proven success working in a client (member) service and goal-oriented environment.
